Lawn Aeration
We recommend aerating at least once a year in either the spring or fall. Aerating in the spring will break up the hard soil from the cold winter allowing your lawn to breathe, while aerating in the fall will help to break up heavy thatch built up over the year. Aeration breaks up the soil and thatch to allow water, oxygen, and nutrients to easily make their way to the roots of your lawn.

Lawn Aeration Benefits:
As your lawn gets older it will fill in at a slower rate. We recommend overseeding your own every year to keep it looking fresh and add younger grass to your existing turf. Combine Aeration and overseeding will help keep your lawn looking healthy year after year.
